Mexican-American artist living in San Francisco, California and a recent graduate from a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program at the Academy of Art University.
During his bachelor’s degree in Architecture and throughout his professional practice J Manuel has always been extremely passionate for art, design, and new technologies that helped visualize design projects in 3D.
In addition to working with firms like Lowney Architecture and Tom Eliot & Fisch in California, J Manuel has been an active member of the LGBT community in the Castro District of San Francisco. In 2013 he successfully raised over 27,000 dollars as the captain of his AIDS/LifeCycle team.
As J Manuel continues to explore his art, he strives to create work that is impactful and can make a difference in the community that he knows and loves.
